In my UX/UI design work, I avoid making assumptions and instead focus on understanding how users naturally navigate, aiming to create a seamless and intuitive experience.
CASE no. 1
Task for Nordomatic prop Tech.
To simplify a user experience into portal, a tool to control a building´s ventilation.

The task was to simplify the process of creating a digital gateway for setting up a new ventilation tunnel in the portal.

The UX methods employed included interviews with technicians, customers, and Nordomatic employees to gather diverse insights and perspectives.

3 FINDINGS:
1. The process from step 1 to step 7 is too lengthy, making it frustrating for the user.
2. There are pages with informational text but without any functions or actions for the user to take.
3. The outdated UI appears disproportionate based on the page view.

I created wireframes in FIGMA to illustrate my idea, aiming to minimize the number of steps to simplify the user experience as a ventilation tunnel is being constructed. This design approach focuses on enhancing usability and efficiency for users.
CASE no. 2
Identify and investigate how to help victims of domestic violence by creating an disguised app.

One global problem is that women lack support and ways to protect them during a violent relationship. The case was to identify a way where women can meet and support each other. A safe plattform where insights can be shared and hopefully can help other women to get away from a violent relationship.

The UX methods employed included foundational research such as market research and statistical analyses to gather a good foundation. Also I conducted interviews with brave women that succeed to get out of these relationships, to get knowledge of what is missing in the society today for them in terms of help or support. Also I conducted interviews with employees that work in organisations for women's Shelters and young Women's shelters in Sweden.

3 FINDINGS regarding how to build this desguised app:
1. The violent partner often monitors his/her partner. Especially through social media, email and phone.
2. Help of other women in similar situations can be supportive and give the feeling of solidarity.
3. The need for more long term help and support is crucial to get out of a toxic relationship.

I created an app that should work as disguise in order to conceal the actual app inside. I worked with wireframes in FIGMA to picture how an app in an app could look like.
CASE no. 3
Assignement for ODDSIUM a betting company. The company had problem with users that left the app even before using it.

This assignement was to identify why the users did not create an account and left before even start using the app.
They could see in analythics that the user was interested of the product but clearly got stuck somewhere.

The UX/UI methods started with a big research in the field, mostly competitors but also how an easy login procedure could look like with similar products. During my work I could clearly see that one of the biggest issue was the login process and how the user lost confidence regarding the logic behaviour.

3 FINDINGS regarding how to refine the login and account process:
1. Difficult to understand for a new user how to create an account and be able to bet. The user had free access to browse thru the app and see all sport events. But could not be able to make a bet, the user was only a viewer.
2. They user got poor information that they needed to have access and an account to all competitors betting sites, to be able to bet.
3. Missing home button and internal UI that did not make sence for the user.

I created an easier login process using FIGMA and drawing both light and highprototype with clear information on what to do and in an logic way navigate the user to be able to understand the app.
UP`SCALER
I was seeking an application that could both upscale images and facilitate retouching, but I found none that met my requirements Consequently, I took the initiative to develop my tool, which now provides a streamlined solution for enhancing images effectively.

FIRST VERSION
The first version was a very easy and with few tools. But I was not happy with the result of the retouch tool and wanted more feauters.
SECOND VERSION
In this second version I added more tools so I was able to go into details with strokes and brushes.The final result gave me a chance to elevate my pictures in a efficiant way.
